When reporting an issue, please include the following information:
1.
Is the problem reproducible? If so, how?
2. What version of QC Workbench are you running? To see what version of QC Workbench you have, open the application and click on menu option About QC Workbench. Please include the entire version line in your e-mail.
3. What version of Windows are you running (XP, Vista, 7, etc.)?
4. If a dialog box with an error message was displayed, please include the full text of the dialog box.
5. If you have purchased a developers license, please include your encrypted license key.
